In the Northern portion of Rocky Mountain National Park, lies Dark Mountain, a forested peak, rarely hiked, looking out over Cow Creek. The lager fermentation showcases the malt with a clean base offering just a hint of sweetness. • Featured ingredients: Munich & Carafa malts • Recommended adventure: Hiking to Bridal Veil Falls, breakfast at Meadow Mountain Cafe, heel-clicking across the Colorado Trail

Stonecrop Wheat • American Wheat • 4.7% • 16oz $7 / 8oz $5.5 / 4oz $3.5
Originally brewed as the base beer for our sour program, we recently tried a batch before putting it into sour barrels and thought it was delicious on its own! This light, delicately flavored and medium bodied beer has flavors and aromas of orange, lemon, melon, and pear, florals, and is balanced by baguette and honey. This is a tasty and easy drinking beer we imagine will become a fast favorite. • Featured ingredients: Torrified and White wheat. • Recommended adventure: Appreciating foliage found above treeline, Bouldering in Wild Basin
Chaos Canyon • Russian Imperial Stout • 8.8% • 12oz $9 / 8oz $7 / 4oz $4

Galactic Portal • Hazy IPA • 6.6% • 12oz $7 / 8oz $6 / 4oz $3.5
As turbulent water rushes from Grand Lake to the East Portal on its way to sustain Estes and the Front Range, we draw inspiration for this powerful, hazy IPA. Winter Lodge ‘25 • Barrel-aged Winter Ale • 12oz $12 / 8oz $9 / 4oz $5
After stumbling on this blend somewhat by mistake in 2023, we liked it so much that it had to return. A blend of a spiced brown ale, a massive stout, a triple bock, and our barleywine combine to offer caramel, toffee, figs, almonds, and chocolate. The oak barrels and whisky aging meld with the winter spices for a slow warming, perfect for recuperating from a cold day of playing in the park. • Recommend adventure: Snowshoeing to Lawn Lake, telling stories of your best other cold weather adventure
Wooden Mayhem ‘25 • Barrel-aged Imperial Stout • 2022 GABF Medal • 8oz $12 / 4oz $6
Combine our Russian Imperial Stout recipe with a six hour boil and sixteen months in whisky barrels, and what follows is pure Wooden Mayhem. The aroma opens with rich fudge, molasses, black coffee and toffee, and finishes with raisins and dried dark cherries, balancing the roast and leading into the oak of the Spirit Hound single malt barrel adding vanilla and whisky. This is a strong, flavorful stout – crafted and blended to perfection. • Featured ingredients: Molasses, roasted malts • Recommended adventure: Contemplating your life philosophy by a fire
River Sluice ‘25 • Dry-hopped Citrus Sour • 12oz $14 / 8oz $10 / 4oz9 $6
By capturing our own wild culture from the nighttime Estes air, we created this unique and truly local pale sour. The sour process produces its own lemon notes, inspiring us to add a healthy dose of grapefruit, orange, and lemon. This citrus brings more sourness while also providing a pithy bitter backbone to the beer. And then, just to pop the fruit all the more, we dry-hopped with Cashmere, African Queen, and Rakau. • Recommended adventure: Just drink it – this beer will take you on your own adventure!
