 Durga • Pink Boots Brew: Rye Pilsner • 5.5% • 16oz $7 /  8oz $5.5 /  4oz $3.5

Durga is one of the most powerful deities in Hinduism, often depicted in battle with many arms wielding different weapons and mounted on a lion or tiger. This warrior goddess is fierce yet serene, embodying peace, strength, protection, and represents the power of good to overcome and defeat evil. In celebration of International Women’s Day, the women of Rock Cut and Estes Park came together to brew this year’s Pink Boots Beer: a rye pilsner. Subtly floral with notes of white grape and pear, finishing with a hint of rye spice, this crisp beer celebrates the women in our lives who exhibit strength through love.

 Altruism • German-style Amber Lager • 5.5% • 16oz $7 /  8oz $5.5 /  4oz $3.5
2024 GABF Medal

Drink craft beer, spread a little love. Altruism, our German-style amber, is part of our Rock Cut Gives Back program: $1 of every pint purchase is donated to our selected non-profit for the quarter. For Q1 of 2026, we’ve chosen Kep Expeditions, assisting individuals with disabilities in outdoor adventures. Enjoy this lagered amber with toasted malts, floral German hops, and a crisp finish. • Featured ingredients: Pilsner & Munich malts and Hersbrucker & Hallertau Mittelfruh hops • Recommended adventure: riding the Aerial Tram, hiking Meadow Mountain, hugging trees

 Tyndall Porter • English Porter • 5.1% • 16oz $7 /  8oz $5.5 /  4oz $3.5

Hike to the summit of Flattop, then cross the saddle to Hallett Peak and you will be at the top of Tyndall Glacier, one of the last remaining glaciers in Rocky Mountain National Park. There is a good chance that this glacier water is in this English Porter. Our take on a porter is dry and crisp with low bitterness and clean roasted coffee and chocolate aromas. • Featured ingredients: Maris Otter & Chocolate malts and EKG hops

 Chaos Canyon Stout • Russian Imperial Stout • 8.8% • 12oz $9 /  8oz $7 /  4oz $4

Bold moves in the mountains require bold beers afterward, like this Russian Imperial Stout. Malt dominates this beer, balancing hop bitterness with intricate flavors of chocolate, coffee, toffee, and dark fruit. We recommend sipping this beer slowly, letting it warm up as you go. • Featured ingredients: Oats, Roasted Barley and Black and Chocolate malts • Recommended adventure: bouldering in Chaos Canyon, snowshoeing to Cub Lake, roasting marshmallows

 Galactic Portal • Hazy IPA • 7.0% • 12oz $7 /  8oz $6 /  4oz $3.5

As turbulent water rushes from Grand Lake to the East Portal on its way to sustain Estes and the Front Range, we draw inspiration for this powerful, hazy IPA. With a healthy dose of Australian Galaxy hops, known for notes of citrus, passion fruit, and pineapple, this beer has a bounty of fruit flavor and a silky mouthfeel. • Featured ingredients: Oats & Wheat and Galaxy, Motueka, El Dorado, Citra, & Mosaic hops • Recommended adventure: kayaking Lake Estes, hiking Sky Pond and Lake of Glass, stargazing in Hermit Park

 Enos Pils German-style Pilsner • 5.6% • 16oz $7 /  8oz $5.5 /  4oz $3.5

Enos Mills was a naturalist, writer, and homesteader largely known for his contributions to the founding of Rocky Mountain National Park. This German-style Pilsner, the foundation of many breweries, is dry & crisp, showcasing a raw, grainy malt presence with just a hint of honey. Assertive noble hops display subtle black pepper over green tea, making this lager perfect for a sunny summer day. • Featured ingredients: Pilsner malt, Hallertau Mittelfrueh & Saphir hops • Recommended adventure: soaking your legs in the North Fork of the Big Thompson River after running Crosier Mountain

 Interference IPA • American IPA • 6.5% • 16oz $7 /  8oz $5.5 /  4oz $3.5

Climbing the Interference Boulder in Rocky Mountain National Park requires strength and power. This Colorado IPA showcases the power of hops with an intense blend forging citrus aromas with a pine forward finish. • Featured ingredients: Cascade, El Dorado, Mosaic, Chinook, & Simcoe hops • Recommended adventure: hiking Black Lake, climbing the Twin Owls, skiing upper Hidden Valley

 Goblin Forest • Black IPA • 6.5% • 12oz $7 /  8oz $6 /  4oz $3.5

Take the dark, gnarly path into the Goblin Forest, our black IPA and one of our favorite spots on the Longs Peak trail. A fusion of an IPA and a stout, this beer is roasty with notes of dark coffee and pine. • Featured ingredients: Biscuit & Debittered Chocolate malts and Simcoe, Chinook, & Northern Brewer hops • Recommended adventure: hiking Chasm Lake, sunset viewing in Moraine Park, building a snow cave

 Fir Forager #2 • Gruit – collab w/ Root Shoot Malting • 7.0% • 12oz $9 /  8oz $7 /  4oz $4

This year’s batch of Fir Forager is transformed by a totally new grain profile, utilizing all four grains (barley, wheat, oats, and rye) from local maltser Root Shoot Malting. Toast and caramel sweetness, cherry, and subtle spice from the grain is rounded out by the earthy and piney flavors picked up during the historic brewing technique of running wort through an aspen log filled with young spruce and fir tips. Thank you to Root Shoot Malting, Dustin Dyer of Kent Mountain Adventures Center for knowledge of the forest, and Nathan Weber for the aspen log.

 Wooden Otter ‘25 • Rye Whisky Barrel-aged English Barleywine • 8oz $12 /  4oz $6

A revision from our earlier barleywines, this beer is darker, richer, and much stronger on the alcohol. All the opening notes are dominated with rich malt starting as dark toast, caramel, and toffee, followed by undertones of chocolate and then finishing with dark, dried fruits of cherry and plum. The Laws Whiskey Rye barrel adds aromatics of oak, vanilla, and the whisky itself to provide the balance to those deep malts. • Recommended adventure: Finding a quiet spot far away from Matt and Kate or your glass might vanish • Maximum of two 8oz pours per guest

Sour Cherry Raven ‘26 • Barrel-aged Sour Stout w/ Cherries • 8oz $10 /  4oz $6

When we got a hint of sour on our barrel-aged stout, we decided to play into it, adding the culture from one of our favorite California sour breweries.  Only a mild sourness developed, the perfect background for a cherry stout with rich chocolate notes, vanilla from the oak aging, and a tart cherry finish – cherry cordials in beer form! • Featured ingredients: Cherries, Roasted malts, & Whisky Barrels • Recommended adventure: Reading Edgar Allan Poe short stories, snowshoeing to Black Lake

 Plum Ptarmigan ’26 • Fruited Pale Sour • 12oz $14 /  8oz $10 /  4oz $6

We created this variant of Ptart Ptarmigan by aging a wheat beer in wine barrels with a mixed sour culture, after 20 months we racked the beer back to steel and rested on plums for an additional 6 months. The final beer was then blended with a lighter sour to mellow the ptartness. The final beer has a pink hue with juicy plum notes over a firm acidity. • Featured ingredients: Wheat Malt, Wild Culture, and Plums • Recommended adventure: Napping in a hammock by the river, hiking through the boulder field on Long’s Peak
