Enos Pils • German-style Pilsner • 5.5% • 16oz $7 / 8oz $5.5 / 4oz $3.5
Enos Mills was a naturalist, writer, and homesteader largely known for his contributions to the founding of Rocky Mountain National Park. This German-style Pilsner, the foundation of many breweries, is dry & crisp, showcasing a raw, grainy malt presence with just a hint of honey. Assertive noble hops display subtle black pepper over green tea, making this lager perfect for a sunny summer day. • Featured ingredients: Pilsner malt, Hallertau Mittelfrueh & Saphir hops • Recommended adventure: soaking your legs in the North Fork of the Big Thompson River after running Crosier Mountain
Dream Lake Kölsch • German Kölsch w/ Chamomile • 4.7% • 16oz $7 / 8oz $5.5 / 4oz $3.5
One of the more picturesque places in Rocky Mountain National Park is Dream Lake, which is backed by the stunning Hallett Peak. Aptly named for the dreamy scenery, we named this dreamy beer. This Kolsch, brewed with chamomile, showcases flavors of honey, subtle florals, pear, and white grape. Delicate and lower ABV, this beer is perfect for mellow afternoons and sleepy evenings. • Featured ingredients: Pilsner malt and Chamomile flowers • Recommended adventure: dawn patrol to Chasm Lake, watching the sunset from Alpine Visitors Center
Altruism • German-style Amber Lager • 5.2% • 16oz $7 / 8oz $5.5 / 4oz $3.5
2024 GABF Medal
Drink craft beer, spread a little love. Altruism, our German-style amber, is part of our Rock Cut Gives Back program: $1 of every pint purchase is donated to local non-profits. For Q3 of 2026, the primary beneficiary is Estes Valley Crisis Advocates, providing advocacy services for people dealing with crime and trauma in the Estes Valley. Enjoy this lagered amber with toasted malts, floral German hops, and a crisp finish. • Featured ingredients: Pilsner & Munich malts and Hersbrucker & Hallertau Mittelfruh hops • Recommended adventure: riding the Aerial Tram, hiking Meadow Mountain, hugging trees
Tyndall Porter • English Porter • 5.1% • 16oz $7 / 8oz $5.5 / 4oz $3.5
Hike to the summit of Flattop, then cross the saddle to Hallett Peak and you will be at the top of Tyndall Glacier, one of the last remaining glaciers in Rocky Mountain National Park. There is a good chance that this glacier water is in this English Porter. Our take on a porter is dry and crisp with low bitterness and clean roasted coffee and chocolate aromas. • Featured ingredients: Maris Otter & Chocolate malts and EKG hops
Galactic Portal • Hazy IPA • 7.0% • 12oz $7 / 8oz $6 / 4oz $3.5
As turbulent water rushes from Grand Lake to the East Portal on its way to sustain Estes and the Front Range, we draw inspiration for this powerful, hazy IPA. With a healthy dose of Australian Galaxy hops, known for notes of citrus, passion fruit, and pineapple, this beer has a bounty of fruit flavor and a silky mouthfeel. • Featured ingredients: Oats & Wheat and Galaxy, Motueka, El Dorado, Citra, & Mosaic hops • Recommended adventure: kayaking Lake Estes, hiking Sky Pond and Lake of Glass, stargazing in Hermit Park
Canyon Crusher • Light Lager w/ Lime • 4.4% • 16oz $7 / 8oz $5.5 / 4oz $3.5
Inspired by the refreshing nature of Mexican lagers, we offer this light bodied, crisp, crushable beer. To make the flavor pop even more, we’ve infused this lager with lime zest and pulp for a bright citrus flavor throughout. • Featured ingredients: Pilsner & Acidulated malts, Cashmere hops, and lime. • Recommended adventures: Relaxing in a hammock, backpacking to Sunbeach Lake, tubing the Big Thompson River
Controlled Burn • Smoked Brown Ale • 5.3% • 16oz $7 / 8oz $6 / 4oz $3.5
From your summer campfire to a winter fireplace, this unique beer spans the seasons. Milder and more easy-drinking than a Rauchbier, our smoked brown ale is made with classic smoked German malt and includes notes of bread, walnuts, caramel, and plum. • Featured ingredients: Munich & Carared and Rauch malts and Northern Brewer hops • Recommended adventure: backcountry camping, whitewater rafting in Poudre Canyon, building a legal campfire
Interference IPA • American IPA • 6.7% • 16oz $7 / 8oz $5.5 / 4oz $3.5
Climbing the Interference Boulder in Rocky Mountain National Park requires strength and power. This Colorado IPA showcases the power of hops with an intense blend forging citrus aromas with a pine forward finish. • Featured ingredients: Cascade, El Dorado, Mosaic, Chinook, & Simcoe hops • Recommended adventure: hiking Black Lake, climbing the Twin Owls, skiing upper Hidden Valley
Le Petit Citron • Cocktail-inspired Ale • 7.5% • 12oz $9 / 8oz $7 / 4oz $4
Designed as an ode to the French 75 cocktail, which is made with champagne, gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup – look for lemon, juniper, and pepper in this dry and refreshing brew that’s perfect for cocktail hour. • Featured ingredients: Lemons, lemongrass, Timut peppercorn, and juniper • Recommended adventure: Climbing the Petit Grepon, reading at Solitude Lake
Wooden Mayhem Grand Cru • 10th Anniv. Barrel-aged Stout • 15.2% • 8oz $12 / 4oz $6
It is hard to express how much this beer means to Rock Cut. If it was possible to create a beer as an ode to ten years of Rock Cut: to all of the people who have shown up to support us in the busyness of summer and in the lull in winter, to the hours of blending and discussing between all the brewers who have worked here, to the constant refinement of recipes old and new, to the quiet conversations and uncontrollable laughter behind of, across, and seated at the bar – this beer is it. Thank you: Be it your first time here today, or if you were here for us in 2015, thank you. We would not be here without you. • Maximum of two 8oz pours per guest
Snowy River ‘26 • Red Wine Grape Sour • 12oz $14 / 8oz $10 / 4oz $6
Fermenting with our spontaneous and wildly captured culture, we barrel-aged this beer and then rested it on grape must from our friends up the street at Snowy Peaks Winery. The lemon & pear of the base beer, River Culture, combine with strong plum and mixed berry notes from the grapes for a tart beer with dry tannins and a gorgeous, rich pink color. • Recommended adventure: visiting Snowy Peaks for a wine tasting
Blueberry Ptarmigan ‘26 • Fruited Pale Sour • 12oz $14 / 8oz $10 / 4oz $6
We created this variant of Ptart Ptarmigan by aging a wheat beer in wine barrels with a mixed sour culture, after 18 months we racked the beer back to steel and rested on blueberries for an additional 2 months. The final beer was then blended with a lighter sour to mellow the ptartness. The final beer has a pink hue with juicy berry notes over a firm acidity. • Featured ingredients: Wheat Malt, Wild Culture, and Blueberries • Recommended adventure: Napping in a hammock by the river, hiking through the boulder field on Long’s Peak
