Enos Mills was an American naturalist, author, and homesteader, and is largely known for his work in the creation of Rocky Mountain National Park. Enos Pils is a light, crisp, and more flavorful version of an American Pils, with a slightly sweet opening and a mildly citrus finish. • Featured ingredients: Pilsner & Acidulated malts and Saaz & Citra hops • Recommended adventure: hiking Gem Lake, horseback riding in Beaver Meadows, catch-and-release at Fisherman’s Nook

Hiking to the top of Hallett Peak in RMNP is thirsty work and this traditional German wheat beer is perfect for quenching that post hike thirst. In honor of the prince of Bavaria’s wedding… umm 200 years ago, we celebrate the changing of seasons, the turning of leaves, and the bugling of elk with this traditional Festbier.  Our fest showcases an aroma of slightly toasted, bready, and biscuity malts with floral spice, and a flavor that is subtly caramel sweet with a balanced, dry finish. • Featured ingredients: Vienna & Munich malts and Hallertau Mittelfrueh hops • Recommended adventure: Driving the Peak-to-Peak Highway to see aspen leaves in early morning light, hiking to Loomis Lake

Spring is a favorite time for skiers in the park. Skinning in a t-shirt, hopefully not getting too sunburned, and high stoke are all marks for the end of the season. In honor of spring skiing, we’ve designed a beer reminiscent of a breakfast bar – crushable while earning your turns, or to satiate on the ski out. With aromas of chocolate, cinnamon, cherry, and raisin, this medium bodied and lower ABV beer is an ode to endless Hidden Valley laps.

As water rushes from Grand Lake to the East Portal on its way to sustain Estes and the Front Range, we draw inspiration for this turbulent and hazy IPA. With a healthy dose of Australian Galaxy hops, known for notes of citrus, passion fruit and pineapple, this beer has a full palate roundness and soft mouthfeel. • Featured ingredients: Oats & Wheat and Galaxy, Mosaic, & Citra hops • Recommended adventure: kayaking Lake Estes, hiking Sky Pond and Lake of Glass, stargazing in Hermit Park

Drink craft beer, spread a little love. Altruism, our German-style amber, is part of our Rock Cut Gives Back program: $1 of every pint purchase is donated to our selected non-profit for the quarter. For Q3 of 2024, we’ve chosen to support Crossroads Ministry, providing basic human services, most notably with a foodbank, throughout the Estes Valley. Climbing the Interference boulder in RMNP requires strength and power.  Nine Times • Tropical Cold IPA 7.0% 12oz $7 /  8oz $6 /  4oz $3.5

For our ninth anniversary, we brewed a brand new cold IPA complete with nine different hops. This bright, crisp, and refreshing IPA showcases aromas of peach, pineapple, white grape, lemongrass, and white bread.  Dihedral IPA #8 • Double IPA 9.0% 12oz $9 /  8oz $7 /  4oz $4

We brought back a classic: The Dihedral. This iteration of our double IPA is a throwback West Coast beer with toasted and caramel malts, a healthy dose of bitter, piney, and resinous hops, and for a new twist; Nelson Sauvin hops. This New Zealand hop ties together the finish with flavors of nectarine and apricot. • Featured ingredients: Chinook, Comet, Citra, and Nelson Sauvin hops. • Recommended adventure: Climbing the Great Dihedral in RMNP, Celebrating the West Coast by listening to Not Like Us 

 Ginterference • Gin Barrel-aged IPA 12oz $10 /  8oz $8 /  4oz $4.5

Ginterference, gin-tər-fir-əns, noun, 1) an IPA aged in a gin barrel, 2) the perfect melding of oak, juniper, botanicals, and alcohol with a biscuity malt and resinous pine and orange citrus hop forward beer, 3) the blissful enjoyment of a summer day in Estes Park, sitting in the sun, and quaffing a delectable craft concoction

 Wooden Mayhem ‘24 • Barrel-aged Imperial Stout 8oz $10 /  4oz $6

Combine our Russian Imperial Stout recipe with a six hour boil and sixteen months in Bourbon barrels, and what comes out is pure Wooden Mayhem. The aroma begins as rich molasses, light roast coffee, baker’s chocolate, and toffee, then shifts to raisins and dried dark cherries. The Root Shoot single malt barrel mellows the roast, adding vanilla, oak, and whisky. Plums, dates, and figs round out the palate with a smooth, lasting finish. • Featured ingredients: Molasses, roasted malts • Recommended adventure: Contemplating your life philosophy by a fire.

 Passion Fruit Elixir • Fruited Pale Sour 12oz $12 /  8oz $9 /  4oz $5

A favorite from our cellar, this pale sour is a mixed culture fermentation aged in oak barrels before resting in steel on a massive dose of passion fruit. The result is dry, sour, and bursting with tropical passion fruit over notes of peach and orange zest.
