 Durga • Pink Boots Brew: Rye Pilsner • 5.5% • 16oz $7 /  8oz $5.5 /  4oz $3.5

Durga is one of the most powerful deities in Hinduism, often depicted in battle with many arms wielding different weapons and mounted on a lion or tiger. This warrior goddess is fierce yet serene, embodying peace, strength, protection, and represents the power of good to overcome and defeat evil. In celebration of International Women’s Day, the women of Rock Cut and Estes Park came together to brew this year’s Pink Boots Beer: a rye pilsner. Subtly floral with notes of white grape and pear, finishing with a hint of rye spice, this crisp beer celebrates the women in our lives who exhibit strength through love.

 Altruism • German-style Amber Lager • 5.5% • 16oz $7 /  8oz $5.5 /  4oz $3.5
2024 GABF Medal

Drink craft beer, spread a little love. Altruism, our German-style amber, is part of our Rock Cut Gives Back program: $1 of every pint purchase is donated to our selected non-profit for the quarter.  For Q2 of 2026, we’ve chosen Crossroads Ministry, providing basic human services, most notably with a foodbank, throughout the Estes Valley. Enjoy this lagered amber with toasted malts, floral German hops, and a crisp finish. • Featured ingredients: Pilsner & Munich malts and Hersbrucker & Hallertau Mittelfruh hops • Recommended adventure: riding the Aerial Tram, hiking Meadow Mountain, hugging trees

 Tyndall Porter • English Porter • 5.1% • 16oz $7 /  8oz $5.5 /  4oz $3.5

Hike to the summit of Flattop, then cross the saddle to Hallett Peak and you will be at the top of Tyndall Glacier, one of the last remaining glaciers in Rocky Mountain National Park. There is a good chance that this glacier water is in this English Porter. Our take on a porter is dry and crisp with low bitterness and clean roasted coffee and chocolate aromas. • Featured ingredients: Maris Otter & Chocolate malts and EKG hops

 The Casual • Session IPA • 3.8% • 16oz $7 /  8oz $5.5 /  4oz $3.5

In Rocky, the Casual is a bold, yet accessible climbing route on The Diamond: the world-class granite face on Longs Peak. At Rock Cut, the Casual is a beer with all the bold, integral flavors of an IPA, yet an accessible, low ABV. Opening with classic west coast aromas of pine and grapefruit pith and finishing with a restrained bitterness balanced by mandarin and orange zest, this sessionable IPA presents the best of both worlds: full flavor and fully relaxed. • Featured Ingredients: Columbus, Cascade, Citra, & Chinook hops. • Recommended adventure: spending all day climbing in the alpine, pouring some out for Charlie Fowler

 Galactic Portal • Hazy IPA • 7.0% • 12oz $7 /  8oz $6 /  4oz $3.5

As turbulent water rushes from Grand Lake to the East Portal on its way to sustain Estes and the Front Range, we draw inspiration for this powerful, hazy IPA. With a healthy dose of Australian Galaxy hops, known for notes of citrus, passion fruit, and pineapple, this beer has a bounty of fruit flavor and a silky mouthfeel. • Featured ingredients: Oats & Wheat and Galaxy, Motueka, El Dorado, Citra, & Mosaic hops • Recommended adventure: kayaking Lake Estes, hiking Sky Pond and Lake of Glass, stargazing in Hermit Park

 Enos Pils German-style Pilsner • 5.6% • 16oz $7 /  8oz $5.5 /  4oz $3.5

Enos Mills was a naturalist, writer, and homesteader largely known for his contributions to the founding of Rocky Mountain National Park. This German-style Pilsner, the foundation of many breweries, is dry & crisp, showcasing a raw, grainy malt presence with just a hint of honey. Assertive noble hops display subtle black pepper over green tea, making this lager perfect for a sunny summer day. • Featured ingredients: Pilsner malt, Hallertau Mittelfrueh & Saphir hops • Recommended adventure: soaking your legs in the North Fork of the Big Thompson River after running Crosier Mountain

 Interference IPA • American IPA • 6.5% • 16oz $7 /  8oz $5.5 /  4oz $3.5

Climbing the Interference Boulder in Rocky Mountain National Park requires strength and power. This Colorado IPA showcases the power of hops with an intense blend forging citrus aromas with a pine forward finish. • Featured ingredients: Cascade, El Dorado, Mosaic, Chinook, & Simcoe hops • Recommended adventure: hiking Black Lake, climbing the Twin Owls, skiing upper Hidden Valley

 E.T. Fonio Home • Pale Ale – collab w/ Left Hand Brewing • 5.9% • 16oz $7 /  8oz $5.5  /  4oz $3.5

Using Collaboration Fest 2026 as an opportunity to experiment with new ingredients, we teamed with Left Hand Brewing to try out Fonio, an African heritage grain. This tiny, sand-like seed can surprisingly add fruit notes to a brew. We paired that with African Queen hops to showcase white grape and pear notes created from these warm climate ingredients. Those bright fruits blend with tangerine, raspberry, and floral aromatics over a silky, smooth texture to create a beer so good, you’ll be over the moon!

 Empire Strikes Bitter • ESB – collab w/ Left Hand Brewing • 5.4% • 16oz $7 /  8oz $5.5  /  4oz $3.5

A short time ago, in a brewery kinda close by, the brewers of Rock Cut and Left Hand got together and decided to create some new beers for Collaboration Fest 2026. Empire Strikes Bitter starts as a classic ESB with notes of roasted cracker, almond, and subtle rose; and is elevated with a hint of citrus and pith from the addition of orange peel in the kettle. Bitter yet balanced, this is a beer that can be enjoyed by the light and dark side alike.

 Wooden Otter ‘25 • Rye Whisky Barrel-aged English Barleywine • 8oz $12 /  4oz $6

A revision from our earlier barleywines, this beer is darker, richer, and much stronger on the alcohol. All the opening notes are dominated with rich malt starting as dark toast, caramel, and toffee, followed by undertones of chocolate and then finishing with dark, dried fruits of cherry and plum. The Laws Whiskey Rye barrel adds aromatics of oak, vanilla, and the whisky itself to provide the balance to those deep malts. • Recommended adventure: Finding a quiet spot far away from Matt and Kate or your glass might vanish • Maximum of two 8oz pours per guest

Sour Cherry Raven ‘26 • Barrel-aged Sour Stout w/ Cherries • 8oz $10 /  4oz $6

When we got a hint of sour on our barrel-aged stout, we decided to play into it, adding the culture from one of our favorite California sour breweries.  Only a mild sourness developed, the perfect background for a cherry stout with rich chocolate notes, vanilla from the oak aging, and a tart cherry finish – cherry cordials in beer form! • Featured ingredients: Cherries, Roasted malts, & Whisky Barrels • Recommended adventure: Reading Edgar Allan Poe short stories, snowshoeing to Black Lake

 Snowy River ‘26 • Red Wine Grape Sour • 12oz $14 /  8oz $10  /  4oz $6

Fermenting with our spontaneous and wildly captured culture, we barrel-aged this beer and then rested it on grape must from our friends up the street at Snowy Peaks Winery. The lemon & pear of the base beer, River Culture, combine with strong plum and mixed berry notes from the grapes for a tart beer with dry tannins and a gorgeous, rich pink color. • Recommended adventure: visiting Snowy Peaks for a wine tasting

 Spring Ptarmigan ‘26 • Pale Sour w/ Chamomile, Coriander, & Kumquat • 12oz $14     /  8oz $10  /  4oz $6

Years in the making; this mixed-culture, barrel-fermented pale sour offers flavors that evoke the feeling of spring and new beginnings. Assertive acidity is balanced by a bouquet of florals and fruit, and though we only added chamomile flowers, coriander seeds, and kumquat puree, aromas of lemon, lime, pear, and medley of early season blossoms are all present. No matter the time of year, a sip of this delicious sour is sure to bring warmth to your day.
