Hike to the summit of Flattop, then cross the saddle to Hallett Peak and you will be at the top of Tyndall Glacier, one of the last remaining glaciers in Rocky Mountain National Park. There is a good chance that this glacier water is in this English Porter. Our take on a porter is dry and crisp with low bitterness and clean roasted coffee and chocolate aromas. • Featured ingredients: Maris Otter & Chocolate malts and EKG hops

 Goblin Forest • Black IPA 7.3% 12oz $7 /  8oz $6 /  4oz $3.5

 Galactic Portal • Hazy IPA 6.9% 12oz $7 /  8oz $6 /  4oz $3.5

As water rushes from Grand Lake to the East Portal on its way to sustain Estes and the Front Range, we draw inspiration for this turbulent and hazy IPA. With a healthy dose of Australian Galaxy hops, known for notes of citrus, passion fruit and pineapple, this beer has a full palate roundness and soft mouthfeel. • Featured ingredients: Oats & Wheat and Galaxy, Mosaic, & Citra hops • Recommended adventure: kayaking Lake Estes, hiking Sky Pond and Lake of Glass, stargazing in Hermit Park

 Snow Trace • Cold Brut IPA 6.9% 12oz $7 /  8oz $6 /  4oz $3.5

Light, bright, crisp, and dry – using lager yeast and enzymes to reduce the residual carbohydrates, this beer has minimal grain flavor which accentuates the more subtle notes of the hops. Look for white grape, subtle grapefruit, and pear with a background of tropical pineapple and lemon. • Featured ingredients: Hallertau Blanc, Nelson Sauvin and experimental YCH 303 hops • Recommended adventure: Skinning up Trail Ridge Road, fishing at Sprague Lake, relaxing next to Ribbon Falls

 Clove Hitch • Spiced Brown Ale 6.6% 12oz $7 /  8oz $6 /  4oz $3.5

Starting with a take on a big English style brown, we added a twist by including some of our favorite holiday spices. The creation: a rich brown ale with notes of hazelnut, toffee, raisins, and cherry – spiced with clove, cinnamon, and all-spice. This cozy beer is best suited for a bright, brisk day or a fireside evening with the family.

 Chaos Canyon • Russian Imperial Stout 8.8% 12oz $9 /  8oz $7 /  4oz $4

After bold moves in the mountains, sip on a bold brew like this Russian Imperial Stout. The roasted malt dominates this beer, opening with dark coffee, charcoal, and licorice followed with a background of toffee, and dark fruit. We recommend sipping this beer slowly, letting it warm up as you go. • Featured ingredients: Oats, Roasted Barley and Black and Chocolate malts • Recommended adventure: bouldering in Chaos Canyon, snowshoeing to Cub Lake, roasting marshmallows

 Wooden Forager ‘23 • Barrel-aged Brown Ale w/ Fir Tips & Cherries 12oz $10 /  8oz $8 /  4oz $4.5

Historic meets new world by combining Norse brewing techniques and aging in Bourbon barrels to craft something new and unique. Running the wort through an aspen log full of young fir tips, using a Norwegian farmhouse yeast, and adding cherries all create a deeply complex beer. The fermentation and cherries create a rich red wine character, while the darker grains add toast and caramel notes to meld with the oak of the barrel and deep pine of the fir. Many thanks to Dustin Dyer of Kent Mountain Adventures Center for his knowledge of the local forests and Nathan Weber for the use of his family property and work on the aspen log.

 Wooden Mayhem ‘24 • Barrel-aged Imperial Stout 8oz $10 /  4oz $6
2022 GABF Medal

Combine our Russian Imperial Stout recipe with a six hour boil and sixteen months in Bourbon barrels, and what comes out is pure Wooden Mayhem. The aroma begins as rich molasses, light roast coffee, baker’s chocolate, and toffee, then shifts to raisins and dried dark cherries. The Root Shoot single malt barrel mellows the roast, adding vanilla, oak, and whisky. Plums, dates, and figs round out the palate with a smooth, lasting finish. • Featured ingredients: Molasses, roasted malts • Recommended adventure: Contemplating your life philosophy by a fire

 Ptapricot Ptarmigan • Apricot and Winegrape Sour 12oz $12 /  8oz $9 /  4oz $5

We created this variant of Ptart Ptarmigan by aging a wheat beer in wine barrels with a mixed sour culture, then adding a healthy dose of apricots and winegrapes to finish. The result is a moderate ptartness over a rounded sweet beer with a strong floral and rich ptapricot aromas.  • Featured ingredients: Apricots & Winegrapes • Recommended adventure: Laying in a hammock, frolicking in the boulder field on Long’s Peak
