Dissent • Hazy Rye Pale Ale • 5.2% • 16oz $7 / 8oz $5.5 / 4oz $3.5
Dissent is the philosophy of non-agreemet. The most powerful, forward-thinking, and innovative ideas come from respectful disagreement and discussion. Dissent is a necessary and powerful tool in relationships, work, and democracy. This year’s International Women’s Day Pink Boots Brew is an ode to questioning the status quo. This beer opens with nectarine, grapefruit, and pineapple aromas, followed by more subtle notes of pear and honeysuckle. The fruity and floral aspects of this beer are balanced with an opposing note of white pepper spice coming from the addition of rye. These diverse flavors unify to create a delicious beer worthy of toasting all seeking a brighter future together. Rye-se up!

2022 GABF Medal
Combine our Russian Imperial Stout recipe with a six hour boil and sixteen months in Bourbon barrels, and what comes out is pure Wooden Mayhem. The aroma begins as rich molasses, light roast coffee, baker’s chocolate, and toffee, then shifts to raisins and dried dark cherries. The Root Shoot single malt barrel mellows the roast, adding vanilla, oak, and whisky. Plums, dates, and figs round out the palate with a smooth, lasting finish. • Featured ingredients: Molasses, roasted malts • Recommended adventure: Contemplating your life philosophy by a fire
Sour Cherry Raven ‘24 • Barrel-aged Sour Stout w/ Cherries • 12oz $10 / 8oz $8 / 4oz $4.5
When we got a hint of sour on our barrel-aged stout, we decided to play into it, adding the culture from one of our favorite California sour breweries. Only a mild sourness developed, the perfect background for a cherry stout with rich chocolate notes, vanilla from the oak aging, and a tart cherry finish – cherry cordials in beer form! • Featured ingredients: Cherries, Roasted malts, & Whisky Barrels • Recommended adventure: Reading Edgar Allan Poe short stories, snowshoeing to Black Lake
River Culture • Barrel-aged Wild Culture Sour • 12oz $10 / 8oz $8 / 4oz $4.5
