Spring is a favorite time for skiers in the park. Skinning in a t-shirt, hopefully not getting too sunburned, and high stoke are all marks for the end of the season. In honor of spring skiing, we’ve designed a beer reminiscent of a breakfast bar – crushable while earning your turns, or to satiate on the ski out. With aromas of chocolate, cinnamon, cherry, and raisin, this medium bodied and lower ABV beer is an ode to endless Hidden Valley laps.

As water rushes from Grand Lake to the East Portal on its way to sustain Estes and the Front Range, we draw inspiration for this turbulent and hazy IPA. We infused serrano, jalapeno, and habanero chiles into our tropical pale ale to put bright chile aroma and spice on top of a light, fruit forward ale. For our ninth anniversary, we brewed a brand new cold IPA complete with nine different hops. Old Fashioned ‘24 • Barrel-aged Ale w/ Orange & Cherry 8oz $10 / 4oz $6
For the return of our first cocktail-inspired beer, the old fashioned, we used a blend of our barrel-aged Colorado Cask Ypsilon and Steel Otter to create a caramel base with a solid oak and whisky roundness. The Otter adds the initial fruit notes, but we enhanced it with cherries and orange bitters for the added sweetness and spice of the classic cocktail. • Featured ingredients: Bordeaux cherry juice, bitters • Recommended adventure: Playing chess, Climbing Kor’s Flake
Peated Raven • Peat Barrel-aged Stout collab w/ Hogback Distilling 12oz $10 / 8oz $8 / 4oz $4.5
When a true Scotsman distills single malt whisky in America, why not use Scottish peated malts? When aging imperial stout in a whisky barrel, why not use that same peated barrel? The aroma opens with earthy peat smoke, followed by the rich roasted malts of the stout with the sweet oak lasting through the palate. Ptapricot Ptarmigan • Fruited Pale Sour 12oz $10 / 8oz $8 / 4oz $4.5
We created this variant of Ptart Ptarmigan by aging a wheat beer in wine barrels with a mixed sour culture, then adding a healthy dose of apricots to finish.
