In the Northern portion of Rocky Mountain National Park, lies Dark Mountain, a forested peak, rarely hiked, looking out over Cow Creek. When ordering lagers, most rarely look for dark beers, but the toasted and roasted malts dominate with rich bready and chocolate notes. The lager fermentation showcases the malt with a clean base offering just a hint of sweetness. • Featured ingredients: Munich & Carafa malts •  Recommended adventure: Hiking to Bridal Veil Falls, breakfast at Meadow Mountain Cafe, heel-clicking across the Colorado Trail

 Clove Hitch • Spiced Brown Ale • 6.3% • 12oz $7 /  8oz $6 /  4oz $3.5

When fall comes, so do changing leaves, brisk air, and the start of the festive season. Rock Cut celebrates this shift by releasing several holiday inspired favorites including this spiced brown ale.  Galactic Portal • Hazy IPA • 6.6% • 12oz $7 /  8oz $6 /  4oz $3.5

As turbulent water rushes from Grand Lake to the East Portal on its way to sustain Estes and the Front Range, we draw inspiration for this powerful, hazy IPA. With a healthy dose of Australian Galaxy hops, known for notes of citrus, passion fruit, and pineapple, this beer has a bounty of fruit flavor and a silky mouthfeel. • Featured ingredients: Oats & Wheat and Galaxy, Motueka, El Dorado, Citra, & Mosaic hops • Recommended adventure: kayaking Lake Estes, hiking Sky Pond and Lake of Glass, stargazing in Hermit Park

 Stonecrop Wheat • American Wheat • 4.7% • 16oz $7 /  8oz $5.5 /  4oz $3.5

Originally brewed as the base beer for our sour program, we recently tried a batch before putting it into sour barrels and thought it was delicious on its own! This light, delicately flavored and medium bodied beer has flavors and aromas of orange, lemon, melon, and pear, florals, and is balanced by baguette and honey. This is a tasty and easy drinking beer we imagine will become a fast favorite. • Featured ingredients: Torrified and White wheat. • Recommended adventure: Appreciating foliage found above treeline, Bouldering in Wild Basin

 Winter Lodge ‘25 • Barrel-aged Winter Ale • 12oz $12 /  8oz $9 /  4oz $5

After stumbling on this blend somewhat by mistake in 2023, we liked it so much that it had to return. A blend of a spiced brown ale, a massive stout, a triple bock, and our barleywine combine to offer caramel, toffee, figs, almonds, and chocolate. The oak barrels and whisky aging meld with the winter spices for a slow warming, perfect for recuperating from a cold day of playing in the park. • Recommend adventure: Snowshoeing to Lawn Lake, telling stories of your best other cold weather adventure

 Chocolate Vanilla Mayhem ‘25 • Barrel-aged Imperial Stout • 8oz $12 /  4oz $6

Our GABF award winning Wooden Mayhem was rested on cocoa nibs and vanilla beans in the barrel, and then meticulously blended with Chaos Canyon Stout and Steel Otter (our English Barleywine). Rich chocolate and marshmallow aromas meld flavors of coffee, leather, dried cherries, whiskey, and oak.  Take your time on this decadent sipper while spending time with family and friends or enjoying alone by a crackling fire!

 Alpenglow Sour • Fruited & Spiced Amber Sour 12oz $14 /  8oz $10 /  4oz $6

Fruited with a purpose: Strong clove aromatics blend with rich stone fruit, creating flavors reminiscent of mulled wine. The tart aspect of this beer is perfectly balanced by the sweetness of the fruit, and a subtle complexity is added by the addition of spices. Inspired by traditional holiday flavors, we crafted this amber sour to be delicious any time of year. • Featured ingredients: Plum, cherry, allspice, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg • Recommended adventure: Early mornings in the mountains, either near or far
