Tyndall Porter • English Porter • 5.1% • 16oz $7 / 8oz $5.5 / 4oz $3.5
Hike to the summit of Flattop, then cross the saddle to Hallett Peak and you will be at the top of Tyndall Glacier, one of the last remaining glaciers in Rocky Mountain National Park. There is a good chance that this glacier water is in this English Porter. Our take on a porter is dry and crisp with low bitterness and clean roasted coffee and chocolate aromas. • Featured ingredients: Maris Otter & Chocolate malts and EKG hops
Interference IPA • American IPA • 6.5% • 16oz $7 / 8oz $5.5 / 4oz $3.5
Climbing the Interference boulder in RMNP requires strength and power. This Colorado IPA showcases a powerful array of hops, with citrus aromas and a pine forward finish. • Featured ingredients: Mosaic, Chinook, & Simcoe hops • Recommended adventure: hiking Black Lake, climbing the Twin Owls, skiing upper Hidden Valley
Galactic Portal • Hazy IPA • 6.8% • 12oz $7 / 8oz $6 / 4oz $3.5
As water rushes from Grand Lake to the East Portal on its way to sustain Estes and the Front Range, we draw inspiration for this turbulent and hazy IPA. With a healthy dose of Australian Galaxy hops, known for notes of citrus, passion fruit and pineapple, this beer has a full palate roundness and soft mouthfeel. • Featured ingredients: Oats & Wheat and Galaxy, Mosaic, & Citra hops • Recommended adventure: kayaking Lake Estes, hiking Sky Pond and Lake of Glass, stargazing in Hermit Park
Dream Lake Kölsch • German Kölsch w/ Chamomile • 4.8% • 16oz $7 / 8oz $5.5 / 4oz $3.5
One of the more picturesque places in Rocky Mountain National Park is Dream Lake, which is backed by the stunning Hallett Peak. Aptly named for the dreamy scenery, we named this dreamy beer. This Kolsch, brewed with chamomile, showcases flavors of honey, subtle florals, pear, and white grape. Delicate and lower ABV, this beer is perfect for mellow afternoons and sleepy evenings. • Featured ingredients: Pilsner malt and Chamomile flowers. • Recommended adventure: dawn patrol to Chasm Lake, watching the sunset from Alpine Visitors Center.
Oktoberfest • Festbier • 6.3% • 16oz $7 / 8oz $5.5 / 4oz $3.5
In honor of the prince of Bavaria’s wedding… umm 200 years ago, we celebrate the changing of seasons, the turning of leaves, and the bugling of elk with this traditional Festbier. Our fest showcases an aroma of slightly toasted, bready, and biscuity malts with floral spice, and a flavor that is subtly caramel sweet with a balanced, dry finish. • Featured ingredients: Vienna & Munich malts and Hallertau Mittelfrueh hops • Recommended adventure: Driving the Peak-to-Peak Highway to see aspen leaves in early morning light, hiking to Loomis Lake
The Casual • Session IPA • 3.8% • 16oz $7 / 8oz $5.5 / 4oz $3.5
In Rocky, the Casual is a bold, yet accessible climbing route on The Diamond: the world-class granite face on Longs Peak. At Rock Cut, the Casual is a beer with all the bold, integral flavors of an IPA, yet an accessible, low ABV. Opening with classic west coast aromas of pine and grapefruit pith and finishing with a restrained bitterness balanced by mandarin and orange zest, this sessionable IPA presents the best of both worlds: full flavor and fully relaxed. • Featured Ingredients: Columbus, Cascade, Citra, & Chinook hops. • Recommended adventure: spending all day climbing in the alpine, pouring some out for Charlie Fowler
Palisade Peach Galactic Portal • Hazy IPA w/ Peaches • 6.7% • 12oz $10 / 8oz $8 / 4oz $4
We took our most popular beer and boosted the fruit flavor by adding Palisade peaches. A labor of love for a beer we know our Galactic fans will adore, Matt, Jason, and Kate hand pealed, blended, and added 150 pounds of fresh peaches to an adjusted hazy IPA recipe. The result is an extra flavorful and juicy version of the Galactic Portal that everyone knows and loves.
Wooden Mayhem Grand Cru • 10th Anniv. Barrel-aged Stou t • 15.2% • 8oz $12 / 4oz $6
It is hard to express how much this beer means to Rock Cut. If it was possible to create a beer as an ode to ten years of Rock Cut: to all of the people who have shown up to support us in the busyness of summer and in the lull in winter, to the hours of blending and discussing between all the brewers who have worked here, to the constant refinement of recipes old and new, to the quiet conversations and uncontrollable laughter behind of, across, and seated at the bar – this beer is it. Thank you: Be it your first time here today, or if you were here for us in 2015, thank you. We would not be here without you.
River Sluice • Dry-hopped Citrus Sour • 12oz $12 / 8oz $9 / 4oz $5
By capturing our own wild culture from the nighttime Estes air, we created this unique and truly local pale sour. The sour process produces its own lemon notes, inspiring us to add a healthy dose of grapefruit, orange, and lemon. This citrus brings more sourness while also providing a pithy bitter backbone to the beer. And then, just to pop the fruit all the more, we dry-hopped with Cashmere, African Queen, and Rakau. • Recommended adventure: Just drink it – this beer will take you on your own adventure!
Ptapricot Ptarmigan ‘25 • Fruited Pale Sour • 12oz $14 / 8oz $10 / 4oz9 $6
We created this variant of Ptart Ptarmigan by aging a wheat beer in wine barrels with a mixed sour culture, then adding a healthy dose of apricots to finish. The result is a moderate ptartness over a rounded sweet beer with a strong floral and ptapricot aromas. • Featured ingredients: Apricots • Recommended adventure: Napping in a hammock by the river, hiking through the boulder field on Long’s Peak
