Enos Mills was a naturalist, writer, and homesteader largely known for his contributions to the founding of Rocky Mountain National Park. One of the more picturesque places in Rocky Mountain National Park is Dream Lake, which is backed by the stunning Hallett Peak. Aptly named for the dreamy scenery, we named this dreamy beer. This Kolsch, brewed with chamomile, showcases flavors of honey, subtle florals, pear, and white grape. A short time ago, in a brewery kinda close by, the brewers of Rock Cut and Left Hand got together and decided to create some new beers for Collaboration Fest 2026. Empire Strikes Bitter starts as a classic ESB with notes of roasted cracker, almond, and subtle rose; and is elevated with a hint of citrus and pith from the addition of orange peel in the kettle. Bitter yet balanced, this is a beer that can be enjoyed by the light and dark side alike.

In Rocky, the Casual is a bold, yet accessible climbing route on The Diamond: the world-class granite face on Longs Peak. At Rock Cut, the Casual is a beer with all the bold, integral flavors of an IPA, yet an accessible, low ABV. Opening with classic west coast aromas of pine and grapefruit pith and finishing with a restrained bitterness balanced by mandarin and orange zest, this sessionable IPA presents the best of both worlds: full flavor and fully relaxed. • Featured Ingredients: Columbus, Cascade, Citra, & Chinook hops. • Recommended adventure: spending all day climbing in the alpine, pouring some out for Charlie Fowler

Hike to the summit of Flattop, then cross the saddle to Hallett Peak and you will be at the top of Tyndall Glacier, one of the last remaining glaciers in Rocky Mountain National Park. There is a good chance that this glacier water is in this English Porter. Our take on a porter is dry and crisp with low bitterness and clean roasted coffee and chocolate aromas. • Featured ingredients: Maris Otter & Chocolate malts and EKG hops

Our GABF award winning Wooden Mayhem was rested on cocoa nibs and vanilla beans and then blended back to some of the original barrel-aged beer along with Chaos Canyon Stout and Steel Otter (English Barleywine). Powerful chocolate and marshmallow aromas meld coffee, leather, dried cherries, whiskey and oak. Take your time on this decadent sipper while celebrating with family and friends or enjoying alone by a crackling fire! • Maximum of two 8oz pours per guest
Snowy River ‘26 • Red Wine Grape Sour • 12oz $14 / 8oz $10 / 4oz $6
Fermenting with our spontaneous and wildly captured culture, we barrel-aged this beer and then rested it on grape must from our friends up the street at Snowy Peaks Winery. The lemon & pear of the base beer, River Culture, combine with strong plum and mixed berry notes from the grapes for a tart beer with dry tannins and a gorgeous, rich pink color. • Recommended adventure: visiting Snowy Peaks for a wine tasting
Blueberry Ptarmigan ‘26 • Fruited Pale Sour • 12oz $14 / 8oz $10 / 4oz $6
We created this variant of Ptart Ptarmigan by aging a wheat beer in wine barrels with a mixed sour culture, after 18 months we racked the beer back to steel and rested on blueberries for an additional 2 months. The final beer was then blended with a lighter sour to mellow the ptartness. The final beer has a pink hue with juicy berry notes over a firm acidity. • Featured ingredients: Wheat Malt, Wild Culture, and Blueberries • Recommended adventure: Napping in a hammock by the river, hiking through the boulder field on Long’s Peak
